Tubers are harvested fresh for seed (and culinary) orders! Jerusalem Artichokes, also called Sunchokes, are a beauty in the garden and a tasty addition to a meal in the kitchen. A widely adapted perennial to many regions of the U.S. and a cold hardy tuber here in Nebraska. Sunchoke seed tubers are white-fleshed & creamy-skinned; grown using organic and sustainable practices at our farm.
