Many of these tart and sweet recipes are our family favorites, either passed to us from family members or acquired through cookbooks over the years. We had to add a savory salsa recipe too, because after all, Rhubarb is a vegetable! We love the versatility of this perennial pie plant—it’s a real springtime treat.
